Fantastic service from the second I picked up the phone. Had to take my van in as a breakdown after an injector died. I only had limited time to get the job done as I don't live in the area & SMV were fantastic at getting the job done swiftly and the customer service from Nick was the best I've ever received from a garage, friendly, honest and had time to talk everything through. I'll do my best to go out of my way to get my van serviced there in the future when visiting family in the area. Thanks SMV :)
I have a VW Caddy life that purchased from our main VW commercial dealer. However I have found that SMV commercials (although not a main dealer) have proved to be a far more reliable, honest and professional outfit. They have consistently proved themselves with exceptional customer service. They even honored the warranty on my van after the expiry date by recalling the vehicle "just to check" on a suspected fault which turned out to be a full gearbox rebuild. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent all round.
