I speak as a customer of elite and find some of the comments left here almost unbelievable. There is not a company in the world that gets it 100 % right 100% of the time. However if you want value for money, honesty, respect and a no nonsense all around service, there is no other company I would put my faith in. The product is good, the price is sensible and the warranty, well it speaks for itself. Have an issue they will respond and resolve to your satisfaction. Sadly I can only assume like many scammers or jealous competitors how easy is it to google a negative review with little or no substance in the hope it destroys a companies hard earnt reputation.

We have been working with Elite Spas for nearly 2 years and have sold approx 150 spas at the time of writing this review. Great company to do business with. We get parts quickly and we support our clients with a professional after sale. The Aspen and Alps spas are some of the best value spas on the market and when you do real research you can see they are great value USA tubs. A really good company to deal with. Big thanks to the Elite team in Yeovil. The whole process from choosing my spa down to the delivey was faultless. Loving the spa and amazed how little electric it actually uses. Since having my spa I have been invited to chemical presentations and the elite team have always been more than happy to help with any queries. Would recommend them to all.
